Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness. It's about experiencing the moment while utilizing all our senses. It's a heightened awareness from the busy lives and busy thoughts we all have. Meditation is a wonderful practice of mindfulness, and one that will allow us to become happier and healthier individuals. Meditation means different things at different times for each of us. There is no one "right" way to experience it, and letting go of expectations and ideals allows us to relax and truly learn and heal. And then there are so many other beautiful ways to experience mindfulness.
Join me on a Mindfulness Journey that'll span 8 weeks. All I ask is 5 minutes of your time each day. Anything more than the 5 minutes is fantastic but super optional. Just 5 minutes each day can be incredibly beneficial to your overall health.
